We endeavour to keep the store as up to date as possible however there may be times when what you're after is out of stock. If that's the case then please send an email and I will discuss back order options.
Prices & Payment
All prices on the SS Ceramics Website are quoted in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and are subject to change without notice.
My studio is located in Melbourne, Victoria Australia. We take very special care in packing and sending your ceramics to you safely and as quickly as possible.
Please note postage is an additional charge to the retail price and is calculated upon checkout.
We aim to keep the postage as affordable as possible to all customers. Items are sent via Australia Post.
Once full payment has been received for you order, items will be packaged and shipped to you within 2-4 days via Australia Post. Please allow up to 3-7 days delivery depending on your location.
Once your order has been sent we will email you a tracking number for your records.
Postage - International
Yes, we do ship internationally. The postage amount will be calculated at checkout.
Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is correct. SS Ceramics takes no responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address which you have provided to us.
Availability & Backorders
We do our very best to keep on line items up to date and available however there may be times when items are out of stock and not available to be sent immediately. If this occurs then you will be contacted as soon as possible.
All items available for purchase are handmade by myself by hand, with the majority of pieces made on the pottery wheel. Each piece is unique. Due to the handmade process there are several elements that come into effect with the finished product, such as colour, glaze, and sizes. Colours will vary slightly due to the firing process and placement within the kiln. I do however endeavour to keep things as consistent as possible. My focus is producing quality, handmade items. All glazes are food safe and especially created with food in mind.
Return or Exchange
If you purchase an item and find it's not what you wanted we are happy to offer a return or exchange provided it's within 7 days. Shipping costs for returned items are at the customer’s expense.
